Our wood dance floors are hardwood parquet in either Teak or Oak.  The teak is darker and the oak lighter in color.  The floors can be made in dimensions of 3 foot multiples in each direction.  They must be placed on a relatively flat and level site.  A gold 6" border goes all the way around the floor.  The floor is only about 1-2 inches high, but we must shim it  to be level on uneven ground so sometimes an edge can be a little higher off the ground.  We set it up and take down - included in the price - but a delivery charge applies depending on where we have to go to set it up.

 

The white vinyl dance floor is also made of pieces 3' x 4' - metal framed, hard floor, that must be shimmed if the ground is not level.  It has an aluminum border - 3" wide all around the floor.  We set it up and take it down.
